After you've outlined the problem, we will set a time to meet virtually and I will take over your computer from my home. This way I can see your screen and help you in a very direct way. You'll also see what I do and so there is 1-on-1 support, through the Internet.

The price for this support is € 30 (incl. VAT) per quarter started.

You will also receive, in advance, an estimate of the time I need to solve the problem.
